Do you need a new prescription from the MVZ?
From now on we can Electronic prescriptions for you issue. Please note the following when ordering your prescriptions:
- Prescriptions/e-prescriptions can only be issued if ordered in advance
- the first prescription in the quarter must be collected from our practice on presentation of your health card, any further health insurance prescription can be issued as an e-prescription at your request
- after your order it takes 48 hoursuntil you can collect the prescription from our practice or from the pharmacy of your choice
Important information on the electronic prescription
- can only be issued if your health card has already been scanned by us in the current quarter (if you change health insurer in the current quarter, the new health card must be presented again)
- Only prescription-only finished medicinal products can be prescribed (these are mainly tablets, occasionally sprays and drops)
- can be accessed via the health card or the e-prescription app at the pharmacy of your choice
- when ordering by answering machine, please state first whether you wish to retrieve the e-prescription via the health card or the e-prescription app

If you would like to receive your prescription as an e-prescription, select "Yes, e-prescription" below. Please note that after your order 48 hours until you can collect the prescription from us or from your pharmacy (in the case of an e-prescription). If we have not yet scanned your health card this quarter, you will automatically be issued with a health insurance prescription, which must be collected from us on presentation of your health card. We kindly ask you to refrain from making additional telephone enquiries.
