Do you need a new prescription from the MVZ?
Please note the following when ordering your recipes:
- Prescriptions/e-prescriptions can only be issued if ordered in advance
- the first prescription in the quarter must be collected from our practice on presentation of your health card, each subsequent prescription will be issued to you automatically as an e-prescription
- after your order it takes 48 hoursuntil you can call up the prescription at the pharmacy of your choice or collect it from our practice
Important information on the electronic prescription
- will be issued automatically from now on if your health card has already been scanned by us in the current quarter (if you change health insurer in the current quarter, the new health card must be presented again)
- can be accessed via the health card or the e-prescription app at the pharmacy of your choice

From now on, you will always receive e-prescriptions if your insurance card has already been scanned by us. If your health card has not yet been scanned in this quarter, we will automatically issue you with a prescription, which you must collect from us on presentation of your card. Please note that after your order 48 hours until you can collect the prescription from us or from your pharmacy (in the case of an e-prescription). We kindly ask you to refrain from making additional telephone enquiries.
